Achelois can be used internally, and topically. At the onset of PMS, oral administration is recommended. 

Suggest ¼ – ½ ml, 2 – 3 times per day. If using our spray top, 3 – 5 sprays taken 2 – 3 times per day is recommended. Hold the product under the tongue for 15 – 30 seconds before swallowing. 

When taken at this point in the menstrual cycle, our herbal nanoemulsion assists in balancing hormones and mood while minimizing the onset of pain and inflammation.  

Once your cycle has begun, increase the dose to 1ml taken 2 – 3 times per day. 
If using our spray top, 7 – 10 sprays taken 2 – 3 times per day. This increased dose will help to minimize cramping, pain and inflammation. 

Should you experience cramping, begin topical administration. Apply the spray topically to the affected area and massage the product until completely absorbed.  

Suggested topical use is ½ ml, or 3-5 sprays as needed for relief. In the event of cramps, oral administration can also be increased.
